  • We’ll send over a tailored proposal, a mini mood board, and an estimated starting investment. This gives you a clear snapshot of what’s possible before diving deeper.

    ⏰ 7–10 business days after Step 1

  • Once you’re ready, we’ll finalize the contract and retainer so your date is officially locked in. From here, the design magic begins.

    ⏰ Within 7 days of proposal

  • We’ll transform your vision into a full design plan with mood boards, layouts, and a cohesive story that reflects your style and event goals.

    ⏰ 4–6 weeks

  • Together we’ll choose the perfect details—candles, florals, rentals, and all the statement pieces. Your BluuPrint gets polished until every element feels just right.
