  • Start by giving us a peek into your world. Schedule a discovery call, complete our Concept BluuPrint, or do both! This is where your ideas start to take shape, and we begin mapping out the details that will make your design unforgettable.

  • We’ll send over a Design BluuPrint similar to your traditional proposal, a mini mood board, and an estimated starting investment all in one. This gives you a clear snapshot of what’s possible before diving deeper.

    • ⏰ 7–10 business days after Step 1

    • Once you’re ready, we’ll finalize the contract and retainer so your date is officially locked in. From here, the design magic begins.

      ⏰ Within 7 days of proposal

  • We’ll transform your vision into a full Design BluuPrint, Complete with mood boards, layouts, and a cohesive design story that reflects your style and event goals. We take our time curating your big day.

    • ⏰ 4–8 weeks

  • Together, we’ll choose the perfect details, candles, florals, rentals, and all the statement pieces. Your BluuPrint gets polished until every element feels just right.

  • On event day, our team brings every detail of your Signiture BluuPrint to life. We handle setup, styling, and finishing touches so you can walk in and simply enjoy.
